Worth Township is a civil township of Sanilac County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 4,021 at the 2000 census.

There were 2,778 housing units at an average density of 71.7 per square mile (27.7/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 97.56% White, 0.15% African American, 0.40% Native American, 0.07% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 0.70% from other races, and 1.04% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.06% of the population.
