Harris is a city in Sullivan County, Missouri, United States. The population was 61 at the 2010 census, at which time it was a town.

Harris was laid out in 1887. The community was named for A. W. Harris, an early settler. A post office was established at Harris in 1887.

Harris is located in northwest Sullivan County on Missouri Route 139 just west of Medicine Creek. Newtown is about 4.5 miles to the north on Route 139 and Osgood lies around seven miles to the south.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.15 square miles (0.39 km2), all land.
