What is a drug test?

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 4.29 square miles (11.11 km2), of which 4.25 square miles (11.01 km2) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 11,586 people, 5,348 households, and 3,171 families residing in the city. The population density was 2,704.4 people per square mile (1,045.2/km²). There were 5,521 housing units at an average density of 1,288.7 per square mile (498.1/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 92.66% White, 1.69% African American, 0.10% Native American, 2.28% Asian, 0.01% Pacific Islander, 1.63% from other races, and 1.62% from two or more races.
