Macwahoc Plantation is a plantation in Aroostook County, Maine, United States. The population was 79 at the 2010 census.
According to the United States Census Bureau, the plantation has a total area of 29.6 square miles (76.7 km2), of which 29.4 square miles (76.2 km2) is land and 0.15 square miles (0.4 km2), or 0.55%, is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 98 people, 42 households, and 34 families residing in the plantation. The population density was 3.3 people per square mile (1.3/km²). There were 79 housing units at an average density of 2.7 per square mile (1.0/km²). The racial makeup of the plantation was 100.00% White.
There were 42 households out of which 28.6% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 66.7% were married couples living together, 7.1% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.0% were non-families. 19.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.33 and the average family size was 2.59.
