According to the 2010 census, Holiday Hills has a total area of 0.99 square miles (2.56 km2), of which 0.95 square miles (2.46 km2) (or 95.96%) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) (or 4.04%) is water.
As of the census of 2000, there were 831 people, 280 households, and 225 families residing in the village. The population density was 877.7 people per square mile (337.7/km²).
