The racial makeup of the town was 94.5% White, 2.8% Native American, 0.3% Asian, 0.3% from other races, and 2.1% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.4% of the population.

The average household size was 2.13 and the average family size was 2.66.
