Mosel is a town in Sheboygan County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 839 at the 2000 census. The unincorporated communities of Haven, Hayen, and Mosel are located in the town. The town is included in the Sheboygan, Wisconsin Metropolitan Statistical Area.
As of the census of 2000, there were 839 people, 310 households, and 248 families residing in the town. The population density was 39.7 people per square mile (15.3/km²). There were 323 housing units at an average density of 15.3 per square mile (5.9/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 99.52% White, 0.12% African American, 0.12% Asian, and 0.24% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.60% of the population.
There were 310 households out of which 28.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.2% were married couples living together, 4.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 19.7% were non-families. 15.8% of all households were made up of individuals and 7.4% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
