Falkner is located at 34°50?37?N 88°56?00?W? / ?34.843638°N 88.933358°W? / 34.843638; -88.933358. The town lies north of Ripley along Mississippi Highway 15. Just south of Falkner, MS 15 intersects Mississippi Highway 370, which connects it with Ashland to the west.
