West Line is a village in Cass County, Missouri, United States. The population was 97 at the 2010 census.

West Line was originally called State Line, and under the latter name was platted in 1870. The village was named from its position near the west boundary of the county and state. A post office called State Line was established in 1871, the name was changed to West Line in 1875, and the post office closed in 1973.

West Line is located at 38°37?55?N 94°35?4?W? / ?38.63194°N 94.58444°W? / 38.63194; -94.58444 (38.631902, -94.584567).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.45 square miles (1.17 km2), all land.
