According to the United States Census Bureau in 2000, the CDP has a total area of 2.1 square miles (5.5 km²), all of it land. Prior to the 2010 census, parts of the CPD were annexed to Pflugerville and Round Rock cities and additional area was lost, reducing the total area to 0.53 square miles (1.4 km2), all land.
