Smicksburg is a borough in Indiana County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 46 at the 2010 census, and is one of the smallest incorporated boroughs in Pennsylvania. It was founded by the Reverend J. George Schmick.

Smicksburg is located at 40°52?7?N 79°10?13?W? / ?40.86861°N 79.17028°W? / 40.86861; -79.17028 (40.868715, -79.170415).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 49 people, 25 households, and 14 families residing in the borough. The population density was 362.5 people per square mile (135.1/km²). There were 28 housing units at an average density of 207.1 per square mile (77.2/km²). The racial makeup of the borough was 100% White.
