The procedure used to perform a hair follicle test is simple, the drug testing specialist will cut approximately 120 strands of hair (not really a lot) utilize a chain of custody procedure and send the hair to a certified laboratory for analysis. Klein is a census-designated place (CDP) in Musselshell County, Montana, United States. The population was 188 at the 2000 census.

Klein is located at 46°24?10?N 108°32?54?W? / ?46.40278°N 108.54833°W? / 46.40278; -108.54833 (46.402844, -108.548378).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 12.9 square miles (33 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 188 people, 69 households, and 52 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 14.6 people per square mile (5.6/km²). There were 90 housing units at an average density of 7.0/sq mi (2.7/km²).
