Willisville is a town in Nevada County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 188 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Hope Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Willisville is located at 33°30?51?N 93°17?44?W? / ?33.51417°N 93.29556°W? / 33.51417; -93.29556 (33.514033, -93.295475).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 4.1 km² (1.6 mi²), all land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 188 people, 76 households, and 57 families residing in the town. The population density was 45.4/km² (117.5/mi²). There were 85 housing units at an average density of 20.5/km² (53.1/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 79.26% White, 19.15% Black or African American, 1.06% Native American, and 0.53% from two or more races. 1.60% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.
