Topsham /?t?ps?m/ is a town in Orange County, Vermont, United States. The population was 1,142 at the 2000 census. It contains four villages: East Topsham, Topsham Four Corners, Waits River, and West Topsham.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 49.0 square miles (126.9 km2), of which 48.9 square miles (126.7 km2) is land and 0.1 square mile (0.1 km2) (0.10%) is water. The Waits River flows through the western part of Topsham.
