Sadler is a city in Grayson County, Texas, United States. The population was 343 at the 2010 census, down from 404 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Sherman–Denison Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Sadler is located in western Grayson County at 33°40?53?N 96°50?47?W? / ?33.68139°N 96.84639°W? / 33.68139; -96.84639 (33.681387, -96.846321). The U.S. Route 82 freeway runs through the southern part of the city, leading east 17 miles (27 km) to Sherman, the county seat, and west 5 miles (8 km) to Whitesboro.
