Pence is a town in Iron County, Wisconsin, United States. The population was 198 at the 2000 census. The census-designated place of Pence is located in the town. The unincorporated community of Germania is also located in the town.

It was created on May 7, 1923 as the Town of Clement.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 36.1 square miles (93.5 km²), of which 32.2 square miles (83.3 km²) is land and 3.9 square miles (10.2 km²) (10.91%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 198 people, 84 households, and 57 families residing in the town. The population density was 6.2 people per square mile (2.4/km²). There were 136 housing units at an average density of 4.2 per square mile (1.6/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 97.47% White, 0.51% Asian, 0.51% from other races, and 1.52% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.52% of the population.
