Minneiska is a city in Wabasha and Winona counties in the U.S. state of Minnesota. The population was 111 at the 2010 census.

Minneiska was platted in 1854, and given the native Dakota-language name for the Whitewater River. A post office was established at Minneiska in 1856, and remained in operation until 1985.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 1.03 square miles (2.67 km2); 0.52 square miles (1.35 km2) is land and 0.51 square miles (1.32 km2) is water.

As of the census of 2010, there were 111 people, 57 households, and 39 families residing in the city. The population density was 213.5 inhabitants per square mile (82.4/km2). There were 62 housing units at an average density of 119.2 per square mile (46.0/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 98.2% White, 0.9% Asian, and 0.9% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.9% of the population.
