Worth Township is a civil township of Sanilac County in the U.S. state of Michigan. The population was 4,021 at the 2000 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 38.8 square miles (100 km2), of which 38.8 square miles (100 km2) is land and 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2) (0.05%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 4,021 people, 1,619 households, and 1,143 families residing in the township. The population density was 103.8 per square mile (40.1/km²). There were 2,778 housing units at an average density of 71.7 per square mile (27.7/km²). The racial makeup of the township was 97.56% White, 0.15% African American, 0.40% Native American, 0.07% Asian, 0.07% Pacific Islander, 0.70% from other races, and 1.04% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.06% of the population.
