Kennedyville is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Kent County, Maryland, United States. As of the 2010 census it had a population of 199.

Knocks Folly, Shrewsbury Church, and Woodland Hall are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

Kennedyville is in eastern Kent County, 7 miles (11 km) northeast of Chestertown, the county seat, and the same distance southwest of Galena, along Maryland Route 213. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 0.6 square miles (1.5 km2), of which 0.01 square miles (0.02 km2), or 1.15%, are water. The community is drained by tributaries of Morgan Creek, a south-flowing tributary of the Chester River.
