Jennerstown is a borough in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, United States. It is part of the Johnstown, Pennsylvania Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 714 at the 2000 census. The borough is the home of Jennerstown Speedway. The town was named for Edward Jenner.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the borough has a total area of 2.0 square miles (5.2 km2), of which 1.9 square miles (4.9 km2) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2) (3.50%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 714 people, 302 households, and 212 families residing in the borough. The population density was 369.4 people per square mile (142.8/km²). There were 343 housing units at an average density of 177.5 per square mile (68.6/km²). The racial makeup of the borough was 100.00% White.
