Heidelberg is a city in Le Sueur County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 122 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.53 square miles (1.37 km2), all of it land.

County Highway 28 serves as a main route in the community. Minnesota State Highway 13 is nearby.

Heidelberg was platted in 1878, and named by its original German settlers (Frank Heil and Frederick Ihrig) after Heidelberg, in Germany. A post office operated in the community from 1872 until 1903. Heidelberg was incorporated in 1894.
