Falmouth Foreside is a census-designated place (CDP) within the town of Falmouth in Cumberland County, Maine, in the United States. As of the 2010 census, the CDP population was 1,511. It is part of the Portland–South Portland–Biddeford, Maine Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 1.7 square miles (4.3 km2), of which 1.5 square miles (3.9 km2) is land and 0.15 square miles (0.4 km2), or 8.69%, is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 1,964 people, 746 households, and 511 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 829.8 people per square mile (320.0/km²). There were 794 housing units at an average density of 335.5/sq mi (129.4/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 99.13% White, 0.41% Asian, 0.10% from other races, and 0.36% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.25% of the population.
