Cedar Mills is a city in Meeker County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 45 at the 2010 census.

Cedar Mills was laid out in 1860, and named for nearby Cedar Lake. A post office called Cedar Mills was established in 1870, and remained in operation until 1955.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.34 square miles (0.88 km2), all of it land.

Minnesota State Highways 7 and 22 are two of the main routes in the community. The Luce Line State Trail passes through the city.
