Woodstock is a town in Oxford County, Maine, United States. The population was 1,277 at the 2010 census. The village of Bryant Pond, on State Route 26 in the northern part of Woodstock, is the town's urban center and largest settlement.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 46.88 square miles (121.42 km2), of which, 45.70 square miles (118.36 km2) of it is land and 1.18 square miles (3.06 km2) is water.

As of the census of 2010, there were 1,277 people, 546 households, and 377 families residing in the town. The population density was 27.9 inhabitants per square mile (10.8/km2). There were 974 housing units at an average density of 21.3 per square mile (8.2/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 98.4% White, 0.1% African American, 0.4% Native American, 0.1% Asian, and 1.0% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.4% of the population.

There were 546 households of which 27.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.1% were married couples living together, 7.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 6.2% had a male householder with no wife present, and 31.0% were non-families. 24.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 11.6% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.34 and the average family size was 2.71.
