Summers is an unincorporated community in far western Washington County, Arkansas, United States. The community has a postal designation (ZIP code 72769) and the population of the Summers zip code area was 942 at the 2000 census. It is part of the Fayetteville–Springdale–Rogers, Arkansas-Missouri Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Summers is in the Ozarks on the southern edge of the Springfield Plateau near the Boston Mountains. The community is located at the intersection of U.S. Route 62 with Arkansas Highway 59 about 2 miles (3.2 km) east of the Oklahoma border. It is just east of Ballard Creek.

The community name comes from John T. Summers, one of the original postmasters for the community. The community was earlier named Coon Creek.
