In March of 2024 we will celebrate 10 years since the founding of Accredited Drug Testing. From the very beginning I have been committed to ensuring that our company is at the forefront of customer service, enhancing client services and ensuring that our company is moving forward and serving the needs of our customers.
Over the last year we have expanded our services to include clinical testing, occupational health testing, single portal software technology for TPAs and Employers, additional industry training programs through our partnership with NDASA and consulting services to industry partners.
We have also begun marketing a wide range of new services through our affiliated brands, Lab Testing USA, National Workforce Screenings and Secure Screenings.
With these new services and the tremendous growth that Accredited Drug Testing has experienced we have also seen the need to increase our call center and support staff significantly to better serve our clients.
I would like to thank the thousands of employers and customers who have chosen Accredited Drug Testing and our other brands, and we look forward to serving you in 2024.
Congratulations to our very own Vice President, John Burgos on meeting all of the qualifications and successfully passing the examination for the Certification Commission for Drug and Alcohol Program Professionals and also being awarded the designation as a CSAPA-Certified Substance Abuse Program Administrator.

California and Washington New Legislation Measures
California and Washington introduced new legislation measures effective January 1, 2024, the California Assembly Bill AB 2188, Senate Bill SB 700, and Washington State Senate Bill 5123, will restrict employers from taking adverse actions against job applicants based on their off-duty use of cannabis or on the results of pre-employment drug tests that find non-psychoactive cannabis metabolites. As a result, employers were required to revise their drug testing practices by the new year and they may consider adopting oral fluid screening. One of the California laws put into place states that with certain exceptions, "it is unlawful for an employer to request information from an applicant for employment relating to the applicant's prior use of cannabis." The Washington State law, meanwhile, will protect workers from facing employment discrimination during the hiring process over their lawful use of cannabis.
The staff of Accredited Drug Testing is continuously monitoring federal and state legislation laws to ensure that our clients are kept informed.
2023 Our Biggest Year Yet!
As we look ahead at a promising 2024 with lots of expected growth and success, we cannot forget to highlight what a great year 2023 was for us! While we grew exponentially with drug testing, we also launched the start of LABTESTING USA, which allows our clients to order clinical and occupational health testing direct to you. We also continued to focus on our services offered to ALL Employers and helping other Drug Testing companies to grow as well.
With ALL these Exciting Successes we didn't forget to have FUN as you can see! Everything from our CEO taking the team on a cruise to pumpkin carving contests, and holiday luncheons! We made time to fit it all in!
In addition, our company President Jim Greer, continued to lead the National Drug and Alcohol Screening Association (NDASA) as Chairman, which also had many triumphs including the merger of DATIA into NDASA, this merger was a goal of Mr. Greer's since the beginning of NDASA and everyone involved should be commended for their commitment to this outcome which left NDASA as the largest trade association representing the nation's drug and alcohol testing industry.

We would like to welcome our new Director of Business Development (Sales & Marketing), Sicilia Bonilla and Lionel Barksdale as our new Call Center/Customer Service Supervisor. Sicilia has an extensive background in business-to-business sales relationships and marketing programs and in her role, she will be focusing on expanding our brands nationwide to employers and individuals needing our services. Lionel will be responsible for enhancing our customer service initiatives and promoting comprehensive industry training for our frontline call center representatives.
