Irwin is a village in Kankakee County, Illinois, United States. The population was 74 at the 2010 census, down from 92 at the 2000 census. It is included in the Kankakee-Bradley, Illinois Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Irwin is located in southern Kankakee County at 41°3?10?N 87°59?8?W? / ?41.05278°N 87.98556°W? / 41.05278; -87.98556 (41.052757, -87.985479). It is 10 miles (16 km) southwest of Kankakee, the county seat.

According to the 2010 census, Irwin has a total area of 0.04 square miles (0.10 km2), all land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 92 people, 34 households, and 22 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,355.1 people per square mile (507.4/km²). There were 34 housing units at an average density of 500.8 per square mile (187.5/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 93.48% White, 1.09% Asian, 1.09% from other races, and 4.35% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 2.17% of the population.
