Willowbrook is a city in Reno County, Kansas, United States, and a suburb of Hutchinson. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 87.

Willowbrook is located at 38°05?54?N 97°59?27?W? / ?38.098443°N 97.990942°W? / 38.098443; -97.990942 (38.098443, -97.990942). According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.31 square miles (0.80 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 87 people, 35 households, and 33 families residing in the city. The population density was 280.6 inhabitants per square mile (108.3/km2). There were 35 housing units at an average density of 112.9 per square mile (43.6/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 100.0% White. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.1% of the population.

There were 35 households of which 20.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 94.3% were married couples living together, and 5.7% were non-families. 5.7% of all households were made up of individuals and 5.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
