Webster is a city in Keokuk County, Iowa, United States. The population was 88 at the 2010 census.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.32 square miles (0.83 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 88 people, 41 households, and 24 families residing in the city. The population density was 275.0 inhabitants per square mile (106.2/km2). There were 50 housing units at an average density of 156.3 per square mile (60.3/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 100.0% White. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.5% of the population.

There were 41 households of which 22.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 53.7% were married couples living together, 4.9% had a male householder with no wife present, and 41.5% were non-families. 34.1% of all households were made up of individuals and 9.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.15 and the average family size was 2.71.
