Skyline is a city in Blue Earth County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 289 at the 2010 census. However, the population was estimated to be 291 in 2011. It is adjacent to the city of Mankato and is part of the Mankato–North Mankato Metropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the census of 2010, there were 289 people, 113 households, and 90 families residing in the city. The population density was 1,700.0 inhabitants per square mile (656.4/km2). There were 118 housing units at an average density of 694.1 per square mile (268.0/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 98.6% White, 0.3% Asian, 0.7% from other races, and 0.3% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 3.1% of the population.

There were 113 households of which 24.8% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 73.5% were married couples living together, 2.7% had a female householder with no husband present, 3.5% had a male householder with no wife present, and 20.4% were non-families. 18.6% of all households were made up of individuals and 15% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.49 and the average family size was 2.78.
