Redfield is a city in Bourbon County, Kansas, United States. As of the 2010 census, the city population was 146.

Redfield was founded in 1866. The city was named for Dr. Redfield, an early settler. The first post office in Redfield was established in 1872. Throughout the twentieth century the town was served by the Missouri Pacific Railroad.
