Pekin (/?pi?k?n/ PEEK-in) is a city in Nelson County, North Dakota, United States. The population was 70 at the 2010 census. The first European settlers immigrated to the area in the mid-19th century and Pekin was founded in 1906.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.25 square miles (0.65 km2), all of it land.
