Oak Valley is a town in Navarro County, Texas, United States. The population was 368 at the 2010 census.

Oak Valley is located at 32°1?51?N 96°31?15?W? / ?32.03083°N 96.52083°W? / 32.03083; -96.52083 (32.030773, -96.520899).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 2.0 square miles (5.2 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 401 people, 143 households, and 112 families residing in the town. The population density was 203.6 people per square mile (78.6/km²). There were 153 housing units at an average density of 77.7 per square mile (30.0/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 91.77% White, 1.75% African American, 0.25% Native American, 0.25% Asian, 2.49% from other races, and 3.49% from two or more races.
