Indianola is a village in Carroll Township, Vermilion County, Illinois, United States. It is part of the Danville, Illinois Metropolitan Statistical Area. The population was 207 at the 2000 census.

Indianola is located at 39°55?38?N 87°44?25?W? / ?39.92722°N 87.74028°W? / 39.92722; -87.74028 (39.927173, -87.740221).

According to the 2010 census, Indianola has a total area of 0.39 square miles (1.01 km2), all land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 207 people, 79 households, and 57 families residing in the village. The population density was 535.8 people per square mile (204.9/km²). There were 86 housing units at an average density of 222.6 per square mile (85.1/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 98.55% White, 0.48% African American, 0.48% Asian, and 0.48% from two or more races.
