Hickory Hill is a home rule-class city in Jefferson County, Kentucky, United States. The population was 114 at the 2010 census.

Hickory Hill is located in northeastern Jefferson County at 38°17?22?N 85°34?4?W? / ?38.28944°N 85.56778°W? / 38.28944; -85.56778 (38.289434, -85.567742). It is bordered to the north by Creekside, to the south by E. P. "Tom" Sawyer State Park, and on all other sides by consolidated Louisville/Jefferson County. It is 11 miles (18 km) east of downtown Louisville.

According to the United States Census Bureau, Hickory Hill has a total area of 0.03 square miles (0.07 km2), all land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 144 people, 53 households, and 44 families residing in the city. The population density was 5,244.4 people per square mile (1,853.3/km²). There were 54 housing units at an average density of 1,966.7 per square mile (695.0/km²). The racial makeup of the city was 79.86% White, 10.42% African American, 7.64% Asian, and 2.08% from two or more races.
