Hatfield is a city in Pipestone County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 54 at the 2010 census.

Hatfield was laid out in 1880. A post office was established at Hatfield in 1880, and remained in operation until 1992.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 2.76 square miles (7.15 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 54 people, 20 households, and 12 families residing in the city. The population density was 19.6 inhabitants per square mile (7.6/km2). There were 23 housing units at an average density of 8.3 per square mile (3.2/km2). The racial makeup of the city was 100.0% White.
