Erie is a census-designated place (CDP) and unincorporated community in Cass County, North Dakota in the United States. The population was 50 at the 2010 census.

Erie is located at 47°6?59?N 97°23?21?W? / ?47.11639°N 97.38917°W? / 47.11639; -97.38917 (47.116299, -97.389088).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 2.0 square miles (5.2 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2000, there were 65 people, 29 households, and 18 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 32.6 people per square mile (12.6/km²). There were 35 housing units at an average density of 17.6/sq mi (6.8/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 100.00% White.
