Elsie is a village in Perkins County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 106 at the 2010 census.

Elsie was established in about 1887 when the Chicago, Burlington and Quincy Railroad was extended to that point. Elsie was the name of the daughter of CB&Q president Charles Elliott Perkins. Several of Elsie's streets were given railroad-related names such as Burlington, Chicago, Perkins, and Quincy.

Elsie is located at 40°50?52?N 101°23?22?W? / ?40.84778°N 101.38944°W? / 40.84778; -101.38944 (40.847807, -101.389356). According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.17 square miles (0.44 km2), all of it land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 106 people, 46 households, and 28 families residing in the village. The population density was 623.5 inhabitants per square mile (240.7/km2). There were 64 housing units at an average density of 376.5 per square mile (145.4/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 89.6% White, 9.4% from other races, and 0.9% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 8.5% of the population.
