As of the census of 2000, there were 608 people, 191 households, and 158 families residing in the town. The population density was 16.8 people per square mile (6.5/km²). There were 208 housing units at an average density of 5.8 per square mile (2.2/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 99.34% White, and 0.66% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.33% of the population.

There were 191 households out of which 42.4% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 70.2% were married couples living together, 8.4% had a female householder with no husband present, and 16.8% were non-families. 10.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 3.1% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 3.15 and the average family size was 3.42.

In the town, the population was spread out with 33.9% under the age of 18, 6.9% from 18 to 24, 29.1% from 25 to 44, 22.0% from 45 to 64, and 8.1% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 33 years. For every 100 females, there were 108.2 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 108.3 males.
