Deering is a city in McHenry County, North Dakota, United States. The population was 98 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Minot Micropolitan Statistical Area. Deering was founded in 1903.

Deering is located at 48°23?43?N 101°3?3?W? / ?48.39528°N 101.05083°W? / 48.39528; -101.05083 (48.395269, -101.050939).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.07 square miles (0.18 km2), all of it land.
