Cajah's Mountain is a town in Caldwell County, North Carolina, United States. The population was 2,823 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Hickory–Lenoir–Morganton Metropolitan Statistical Area.

Cajah's Mountain was incorporated as a town in 1983.

Cajah's Mountain is located in southern Caldwell County at 35°51?0?N 81°32?19?W? / ?35.85000°N 81.53861°W? / 35.85000; -81.53861 (35.850057, -81.538718). It is bordered to the north by Lenoir, the county seat. Cajah Mountain, elevation 1,530 feet (470 m), is a hill at the south end of town next to Connelly Springs Road, the major north-south road through the town.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 3.4 square miles (8.8 km2), all of it land.
