Lanagan is a city in McDonald County, Missouri, United States. It is near Truitt's Cave. The population was 419 at the 2010 census. The city is part of the Fayetteville–Springdale–Rogers, AR-MO Metropolitan Statistical Area.

As of the census of 2010, there were 419 people, 171 households, and 105 families residing in the city. The population density was 445.7 inhabitants per square mile (172.1/km2). There were 211 housing units at an average density of 224.5 per square mile (86.7/km2).
