Higginson is a second-class city in White County, Arkansas, United States. Randall Homsley is the current mayor and was a volunteer police officer until[when?] the volunteer police force was disbanded.
As of the census of 2000, there were 378 people, 145 households, and 103 families residing in the town. The population density was 493.6 people per square mile (189.5/km²). There were 165 housing units at an average density of 215.5/sq mi (82.7/km²).
