Felsenthal is a town in Union County, Arkansas, United States. The population was 152 at the 2000 census and 150 at the 2010 census. It is near the Felsenthal National Wildlife Refuge. The word Felsenthal is a German word meaning "rocky valley."

As of the census of 2000, there were 152 people, 70 households, and 44 families residing in the town. The population density was 40.2/km² (104.2/mi²). There were 256 housing units at an average density of 67.7/km² (175.5/mi²). The racial makeup of the town was 79.61% White, 16.45% Black or African American, 2.63% from other races, and 1.32% from two or more races. 3.95% of the population were Hispanic or Latino of any race.

There were 70 households out of which 17.1% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 57.1% were married couples living together, 4.3% had a female householder with no husband present, and 37.1% were non-families. 30.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 10.0% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.17 and the average family size was 2.68.
