Prosser is a village in Adams County, Nebraska, United States. The population was 66 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Hastings, Nebraska Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Prosser had its start by the building of the railroad through that territory in the spring of 1888. It was named for T. J. Prosser, a railroad official. Prosser was incorporated as a village in 1907.
