There were 800 housing units at an average density of 740.1 per square mile (286.0/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 96.96% White, 0.55% African American, 0.32% Native American, 0.60% Asian, 0.55% from other races, and 1.01% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.15% of the population.

There were 758 households out of which 49.2% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 62.0% were married couples living together, 10.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 23.4% were non-families. 17.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 2.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older.
