Coney Island is a village in Stone County, Missouri, United States. The population was 75 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Branson, Missouri Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Coney Island is located at 36°35?35?N 93°23?48?W? / ?36.593104°N 93.396719°W? / 36.593104; -93.396719. According to the United States Census Bureau, the village has a total area of 0.06 square miles (0.16 km2), all land.

As of the census of 2010, there were 75 people, 40 households, and 28 families residing in the village. The population density was 1,250.0 inhabitants per square mile (482.6/km2). There were 96 housing units at an average density of 1,600.0 per square mile (617.8/km2). The racial makeup of the village was 97.3% White, 1.3% African American, and 1.3% Native American.

There were 40 households of which 5.0% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 55.0% were married couples living together, 7.5% had a female householder with no husband present, 7.5% had a male householder with no wife present, and 30.0% were non-families. 27.5% of all households were made up of individuals and 17.5% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 1.88 and the average family size was 2.14.
