A donor pass/registration form with the local testing center address, hours of operation and instructions will be sent to the e-mail address you provided. Take this form with you or have it available on your smart phone to provide to the testing center. No appointment is necessary in most cases. However, you must complete the donor information section and pay for the test at the time of registration.

State of New Mexico Drug Testing News
According to the National Institute on Drug Abuse, there were over 349 opioid-related overdose deaths in New Mexico in 2016. This is a rate of 17.5 deaths per 100,00 persons which was higher than the national rate of 13.3 deaths per 100,000 persons during this time.
Since 2012, the amount of opioid overdose deaths, more specifically, heroin overdose deaths, have significantly increased from 104 to 161. Synthetic opioids such as pain killers or prescription pills also doubled from 2012 from 37 to 78 deaths.
In 2015, New Mexico providers wrote roughly the same amount of opioid prescriptions as the national average which was 70 prescriptions per 100 persons.
