Rock Falls is a city in Cerro Gordo County, Iowa, United States, along the Shell Rock River. The population was 155 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Mason City Micropolitan Statistical Area.

Rock Falls is located at 43°12?22?N 93°5?10?W? / ?43.20611°N 93.08611°W? / 43.20611; -93.08611 (43.206223, -93.086145).

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.21 square miles (0.54 km2), all of it land.
