Lastrup is a city in Morrison County, Minnesota, United States. The population was 104 at the 2010 census.

Lastrup was founded by immigrants from Schnelten, a small peasantry near Lastrup in Lower Saxony, Germany.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the city has a total area of 0.45 square miles (1.17 km2), of which 0.44 square miles (1.14 km2) is land and 0.01 square miles (0.03 km2) is water.

Minnesota State Highway 27 serves as a main route in the community.
